Motaghi and Lavrov Talked to Each Other After the Explosion Near the Russian Embassy in Kabul

Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, posted on his Twitter account that the Russian Foreign Minister called this attack an “international criminal organizations” operation and emphasized the joint fight between Kabul and Moscow against such organizations.

Meanwhile, Amir Khan Motaghi has assured that a comprehensive investigation will be conducted on this attack.

According to the source, Motaghi emphasized that Afghanistan and Russia should not allow such events to have a negative effect on the relations between the two countries.

The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs has said that the security forces of the Islamic Emirate will pay “special attention” to the security of the Russian embassy in Kabul.
