Local officials reported that the police commander of Sayat district and three bodyguards were killed in a road mine in Sar-e Pol. Zabiullah Amani, the governor’s spokesman told Killid that Abdul Momin, local police commander, was killed in the blast in Band Mirza area of Sayad district. Amani added that three bodyguards were also killed. Abdul Momin who was called ‘Momin Rais’ was local police commander, working under the local police command.
