The United States President Donald Trump mocked Iran in a tweet Wednesday over uranium enrichment, saying “Be careful with the threats, Iran. They (threats) can come back to bite you like nobody has been bitten before!”
As US pressures the country by heavy sanctions, Iran announced it has breached the limit on the amount of enriched uranium it is allowed to hold, in violation of the nuclear deal it signed with the United States and other world powers in 2015,
“Iran has just issued a New Warning. Rouhani says that they will Enrich Uranium to ‘any amount we want’ if there is no new Nuclear Deal,” said Trump in a tweet. “Be careful with the threats, Iran. They can come back to bite you like nobody has been bitten before!”

Trump’s comment comes after a spokesperson for the agency said its Director General, Yukiya Amano, had informed the Board of Governors on Monday that it had verified that Iran’s total enriched uranium stockpile had exceeded 300 kg (661 pounds) of uranium enriched up to 3.67 percent U-235 “or the equivalent in different chemical forms” — the limit set by the nuclear deal, as NBC News reported.
