Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of the Kabul Police department, said: “A suicide bomber was identified and killed by the Islamic Emirate forces around 11:00 AM today (Monday, 5 September).
Mr. Zadran also added that one civilian died and ten others were injured in this blast.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has announced that two Russian diplomats were also killed in this blast.
The Islamic Emirate’s authorities have not said anything about the killing of Russian diplomats yet.
This is despite the fact that on Friday, an explosion took place in the Gozargah mosque in Herat city, and more than 20 civilians died and tens of others were injured.
