Islamic Emirate Emphasis on Stopping the Intervention of the World Countries in Afghanistan’s Internal Affairs

The Foreign Ministry published a statement, welcoming the UN Sec-Gen. special envoy Roza Otenbaeva’s confession for saying that some positive changes in the country and asked the countries of the world to stop interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs including the structure and manner of laws and governance.

In his report to the United Nations Security Council, Otunbayeva said that corruption in Afghanistan has been eliminated, economic stability has been established, security has improved and serious efforts have been made in the fight against ISIS in the country.

However, the Islamic Emirate says it is committed to its international obligations in terms of border security, prevention of security threats, access to justice, the fight against smuggling and the elimination of narcotics.
