1. The participants should paste their information such as Name, Last Name, Province, Time and Place of taken photo in that E-Mail, which they are sending their photo to us.
2. All photos taken by participants, to be sent to Festival, should seriously consider the copyright and photos should belong to themselves.
3. Photos should have the following standards:
· Photos with Two sizes 12×16 inch and 12×18 inch vertically or horizontally and maximum size of 1 MB.
· Just photos will be accepted, which are about the Afghanistan’s election, and have been taken since 1383 or will be taken.
4. Participants can only send their one photo for participating in this Festival.
5. There is no age and geographical restriction for participants.
Voting conditions for photos
Each person can vote once for one photo
The point: 50 percent people’s vote and 50 percent the jury vote is determining the photo or higher photos of the Festival.
