Suicide Bomber Arrested in Kabul

Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoI) announced that they arrested a suicide bomber with an explosive-rigged bicycle in Chahar Asyab district of Kabul today. A press release from MoI said, “The timely discovery of the explosives has foiled a terror attack and saved the city from a tragedy.” The statement did not provide further details.
