The deputy director of the institution, Fran Equiza, shared the issue during a meeting with Mohammad Abbas Akhund, head of the Office of State Minister for Disaster Management.

Meanwhile, Rina Amiri, a special representative of the US on women’s and human rights affairs, says that the restrictions on the education and work of girls and women disrupt the process of assistance and put Afghanistan on the verge of disaster.

Amiri said in an interview with Voice of America that the US is committed to supporting Afghan women.
