The United Nations, Turkey, and Ukraine emphasized the implementation of the Black Sea Grain Agreement and agreed on the transit plan of 16 ships today, Monday (31 October) and despite Russia’s withdrawal from this agreement, they allowed the export of Ukrainian agricultural products to international markets.
After Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, Russia recently suspended its role in the Black Sea Agreement indefinitely on Saturday, cutting shipments to one of the world’s top grain exporters.
Russia has announced that it cannot guarantee the safety of civilian ships traveling under this Agreement.
