(The Killid Group) – In talks between the United States Special Envoy Zalmay Khalilzad and the Taliban representatives have all agreed, and technical teams on both sides are working on a draft to implement major points of the negotiations, close sources to Qatar talks said to media.

Suhail Shaheen, Spokesman for IEA Political Office, said both sides have agreed upon an important issue, and soon the final agreement will be signed by the US and Taliban representatives.

According to Shaheen, intra-Afghan dialogues will be taken a lead for after the agreement is signed by both parties.

It comes after Khalilzad traveled to Delhi to form an international consensus and encourage India to take part in the Afghan peace process.

“Useful discussions with US Special Representative @US4AfghanPeace Zalmay Khalilzad. Provided a comprehensive update on the situation in Afghanistan. Shared views on how we could work together effectively,” said Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of India in a tweet Tuesday.
