Swedish authorities on Tuesday arrested five teenagers from Afghanistan with aggravated rape for allegedly dragging a compatriot into a forest and threatening him with a knife before raping him. According to Swedish media, the rape survivor is Afghan. Swedish police said the incident took place in Uppsala, north of Stockholm. Prosecutor Johan Stromback told the Associated Press that the five suspects are 16 and 17 year olds and the boy who was sexually assaulted is 15 years old. The prosecutor further added that all of them arrived in Sweden as unaccompanied minors seeking asylum. Earlier this week, an Afghan teen raped and killed a 19-year-old university student in Germany, according to German police. German media reported that the suspect was arrested and has confessed to his crime.
