Officials of the Nangarhar appeal court have transferred 106 judges as part of efforts to reform the judiciary. According to a press release, Governor of Nangarhar, Gulab Mangal, and president of the provincial appeal court, Abdul Wali Qazi Zada, discussed that 106 officials from the capital city and districts should be swapped for faster reform .The release further states that the governor assured court officials that no one would be allowed to oppose the decision of the court and judges will execute their duties with no discrimination. The governor also assured that there will be good coordination among security, judicial and legal bodies.
