A bomb placed at a side of a road in the southern Helmand’s Nahr-e-Siraj district exploded yesterday evening, leaving three civilians inside the car killed, Mohammad Zaman Hamdard, a spokesman for provincial police chief spoke to TKG.
The provincial official blamed the Taliban for being behind the attack, but the group has yet to comment.
The bomb blasts and attacks have been stepped up across Afghanistan, targeting Afghan forces and civilians.
