The Afghanistan National cricket team will face West Indies in the ICC World Cup Qualifiers Warm-up matches today.
Farid Hotak, spokesman for the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), said that the match is due to be played in Harare of Zimbabwe with the Afghan team expected to play two matches as part of the Warm-up matches.
The second match is due to be played in Harare as well against the Netherlands cricket team.
He said the national team players are busy in practice matches now.
The Afghanistan National cricket team is expected to play the first match in ICC World Cup Qualifiers against Scotland on 4th March.
This comes as the Afghan team had major achievements in the field of cricket sports on international level during the recent years.
The Afghan team recently sealed series victories in ODI and T20I matches against Zimbabwe.
