Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development announced that consolidation and development of 14 maintenance projects of National Solidarity Program (NSP) was completed and utilised in Bazarak villages, provincial capital. A press release from NSP sent to Killid stated that the projects include gravelling of roads, irrigation canals, agricultural water reservoirs, retaining wall, and water supply network. The statement added that 240 families in 14 villages benefited the projects in the provincial capital. The statement further stated that the projects provided short-term jobs for some 20,000 people in the province. NSP has covered 84 villages across the province and has been able to repair, expand, and strengthen 24 projects in different sectors so far.
