Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of Pashto Programs in terms of content and structure.
- Produce and present Pashto News and Social Media news contents.
- Follow up and controlling the execution of Radio Programs at their exact and specific time.
- Participating in meetings and coordinating them with colleagues and institutions.
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies.
- Support staff result by communication job expectations and planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Assistance manager in coach, counsel and discipline employees.
- Ensuring schedules and objective.
- Reporting on assigned tasks and responding to emails, performing research, compiling data and helping with strategies development.
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor degree in journalism.
At least 3 years of experience in Media.
Better understanding and reporting in both Dari and Pashto langugaes.
Reporting to donors in English Language.
