The US Asked its Citizens Not to Travel to Afghanistan

Blinken said in a press conference that there is a possibility of violence and kidnapping of US citizens in Afghanistan.
The International Assistance Mission (IAM) Institute has announced that 18 IAM employees, including an American woman, were arrested by the Islamic Emirate forces in Ghor and transferred to Kabul.

IAM wrote in a statement that the organization “has not been informed of the reasons for the detention of our staff and the subsequent closure of our office in Lal wa Jangal in Ghor province” and said, “Should any charges be lodged against our organization or any individual staff member, we will independently review any evidence presented.”
In recent days, 18 employees of the department were arrested by the Islamic Emirate from Ghor province.
Meanwhile, Abdul Wahid Hamas, the Ghor governor spokesman, says that the intelligence forces have arrested these employees on charge of propagating and promoting Christianity.
