Zamir Kabulov, Russia’s special envoy for Afghanistan said TASS news agency that in this meeting, the inclusive government in Afghanistan and the fight against terrorism and drugs will be discussed.
He said that no progress is seen in the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan.
Fifty per cent of the participants of the Moscow format meeting, including the officials of the Islamic Emirate, have confirmed their participation in this meeting, according to Kabulov.
The last meeting of the Moscow format meeting on Afghanistan was held in November 2022 without the presence of Islamic Emirate officials.
