According to Bakhtar News Agency, the Acting Minister of Energy and Water has announced the purpose of his visit is to talk with the authorities of Uzbekistan regarding the extension of the country’s imported electricity.
According to the source, 35 million dollars is supposed to be paid to Uzbekistan as the remainder of the previous government.
At the same time, the Ministry of Energy and Water has announced the creation of a wind power network in the west of the country.
According to the officials of this ministry, in Herat and Farah provinces, electricity production networks using wind are supposed to be established and part of the needs of the people will be met in this way.
At the same time, Uzbekistan has recently greatly reduced the flow of its exported electricity to Afghanistan and has faced many problems for the people.
