The Explosion in Takhar Left Four injured

Abdul Mobin Safi, the Police Commander of Takhar province, said that around 9:40 this morning, a roadside mine planted in the third PD of Taleghan exploded.

Safi added that the investigation into this explosion has started.

So far, no one has claimed responsibility for this explosion.
