Mohammad Karim Khalili, the former vice president and former head of the Supreme Peace Council, posted on his Facebook page that, he discussed the situation in Afghanistan during his meeting with Karzai.
He added that in this meeting, it was emphasized that holding intra-Afghan talks, is the only solution to Afghanistan’s problem and ensuring permanent stability and justice in the country.
It should be mentioned that Hamid Karzai also met with Mohammad Mohaqegh, Deputy Executive Director of the National Unity Government, during his trip to Turkey.
However, Hamid Karzai’s press office has not commented on this matter so far.
