According to the reports of this organization, since November 18, 2022, more than 100 men and women have been flogged in several provinces, including Takhar, Logar, Laghman, Parwan, and Kabul, in charge of theft, illicit relationships, and running away from home.

The Islamic Emirate had previously said that discretionary punishment will not be stopped and that the reactions of the US and Western countries and also international organizations in this case are disrespectful to the religion of Islam.

Meanwhile, 12 people, including a woman, were flogged for various crimes in the presence of people in Ghor province on Thursday (15th December).
