Nikwali Shah Momin; The official of the Polio Eradication Center of the Ministry of Public Health told Killid that this campaign will be implemented from the 17th to the 20th of October in sixteen provinces including Kabul.
According to him, in this sub-campaign, about six million children under the age of five will receive the polio vaccine.
During this year, six national campaigns and one round of sub-campaigns have been launched in Afghanistan.
According to the Ministry of Public Health, a sub-campaign for the polio vaccine is going to be implemented in December of this year.
It should be mentioned that two positive cases of polio have been registered in Afghanistan this year.
