FARYAB (The Killid Group) – Afghan security forces carried airstrikes against an educational center of the Taliban militants in Shakh valley of Garzewak district, killing at least seven members of the group, including two educators.
The center is alleged to have been used for deviating normal citizens and recruit in their group.
Mullah Amanullah, a Helmand resident and Hanzala (goes with a single name), a Pakistani national, were the two educators killed during operation, local authorities said. More than 10 Taliban injured.
Karim Yourish, spokesman for the Faryab police, told The Killid during this operation Saturday night, two key Taliban commanders Qari Sunatullah and Mullah Rahmatullah also wounded.
Afghan security forces did not suffer any injuries, he added.
Taliban immediately did not comment on the incident.
