BALKH (The Killid Group) – Dozens of armed insurgents killed and injured during the 303 Shaheen operation in several parts of the Nahr Shahi district in Northern province of Balkh, local authorities said.
Mohammad Hanif Razae, Spokesman for the 209th Shaheen Corps, told The Killid, “the clashes (between the insurgents and the Afghan forces) still ongoing in several areas of the District.”
The 303 Shaheen and the 211 Shaheen operations have been carried since last week in most insecure areas of the Balkh province, where at least 100 armed insurgents have so far been killed and injured.
Taliban did not comment on the incident.
