HERAT (The Killid Group) – At least 14 civilians, including Public Uprising Forces, killed during an attack by the Taliban insurgents in Rubat Sangi of Herat province, local authorities said, 10 further injured.
Abdul Ahad Wali Zada, Spokesman for the Herat Police, told The Killid, “last night (Tuesday), the Taliban raided in Chahr Dara village of Kashk Rubat Sangi district against civilians and PUF, killing at least 14 and wounded further 10 people.”
Some 15 Taliban insurgents killed, following a backup forces support in the area.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Arif Jalali, Head of the local hospital, said, “five injured people have been admitted to this hospital.”
According to Public Health statistic, during the incident 15 people killed and further nine wounded, including a women – mostly civilians.
Furthermore, the Taliban claimed that 11 police forces killed and two further injured during clashes, where they also seized two weapons.
