Nangarhar – At least two people were killed in an embedded IED blast in Jalalabad city of Nangarhar province early Monday morning, the provincial police spokesman Farid Khan confirmed.
He said five others were landed in a nearby hospital after they were hurt during the blast.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

According to sources, Jalalabad witnessed at least five similar incidents in the city, which claimed lives of dozens, including children, in just a week.
