Takhar provincial police arrested at least 2 man who were smuggling heroin, Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoIA) confirmed in a statement.
According to the statement, the two embedded 18 kg of heroin into a vehicle and wanted to smuggle it from Keshim district of Badakhshan to Kunduz province, who in a police operation were arrested in the western city of Taluqan.
Baghlan provincial police also arrested two other in similar case, the statement added.
According to the statement, the two lodged at least 25 kg of hashish in a corolla (vehicle) and wanted to smuggle it from Baghlan to the Kabul capital, who in a police operation were arrested in the Doshi district of Baghlan.
