At least seven Afghan Border Police officers were killed in a battle with Taliban militants over security forces posts in Farah Province.
Deputy Provincial Council Shah Mahmood Naemi said, “Taliban militants have attacked on Afghan Security Forces post on Saturday in Balablook district and have killed at least 7 police.”
Naemi did not comment on causalities, nor provided extra details.
