Officials at climatology department in Kabul said that due to rise of earth’s temperature and air pollution, snowfall within few months in Kabul is impossible but there is chance of rain. According to Sayed Reza Mosavi, head of climatology department, rise of global temperature has caused climate change worldwide.  He added that air pollution leads to many diseases- respiratory disease, allergies and miscarriages. Mosavi asserted that population increase, congestion, brick kilns factories, baths’ activities, and other industrial plants have caused air pollution in the capital. Meanwhile Wahidullah Majroh, a spokesman for Ministry of Public Health, said that a large number of citizens suffer respiratory diseases due to air pollution. He asserted that sectors working for prevention should accelerate their services in order to prevent air pollution.
