At least 29 people tested positive for the coronavirus pandemic within the past 24 hours, according to health ministry’s data released Monday.
The country recorded three COVID-19 deaths during the same period.
The new patients died from the illness pushed the total deaths to 2,435, according to ministry’s figures.
Also, 61 patients having been contracted with the COVID-19 disease have recovered over the past 24 hours, bringing the toll of coronavirus recoveries to 48,895.
At least 2,203 tests were carried out during the past 24-hour period.
