DOHA, Qatar (The Killid) – The seventh round of US-Taliban talks on peace in Afghanistan went off for another break, as both sides agreed to share and consult the so far outcomes, following a pause to observe intra-Afghan dialogue held on 7-8 July.

Earlier the United States Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad said he had the “most productive session” with the Taliban in the past six days, adding they made ‘substantive progress” on all four parts of the negotiations.

It comes following intra-Afghan dialogue conference in Doha that ended Monday. The Taliban group agreed to reduce violence by limiting attack at “religious centers, schools, hospitals, educational centers, bazaars, water dams and workplace”.
