Bomb Blast in Afghan Capital Leaves No One Hurt

An explosion targeted a car belonging to the employees of Afghan Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Monday morning, provincial police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said, adding there were no casualties.

TKG’s reporter from the scene reported the explosion caused damages to nearby stores, shattering glasses of several of them.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blast.

It was the latest of such attacks targeting government officials.

On Sunday, January 17, unknown armed men shot dead two female employees of the Afghan Supreme Court near the 10th police district, Qala-i-Fathullah road.
