On the other hand, the leader of the Islamic Emirate issued a decree to ban the cultivation of hashish in Afghanistan.
In the decree of Hibatullah Akhundzada, it is stated that no one in Afghanistan can grow hashish on his land.
Akhundzada has instructed the Ministry of Interior Affairs and other investigative agencies to introduce the violators to the court.
The Islamic Emirate had previously banned the cultivation, smuggling, use, buying, and selling of drugs.
