The former representative of the US in Afghanistan’s peace affairs says that Iran has become the center of the Al-Qaeda network and this country wants to use this network against its opponents and important US figures.
Zalmay Khalilzad posted on Twitter that the US should declare IRGC a terrorist organization and ask its allies to expel their diplomats from Iran.
He stressed that more sanctions should be imposed on Iran because it supports Russia in the war in Ukraine.
A few weeks ago Khalilzad said that the leader of the Al-Qaeda network is in Iran.
