Biden did not say anything about Afghanistan in his annual speech to the US Congress on Tuesday evening (8th February).
Graham posted on Twitter that the US president has forgotten Afghanistan, but the world has not forgotten this country.
He added that US allies are still shocked by the disastrous withdrawal of the Biden government from Afghanistan.
It should be mentioned that after the fall of the previous government and the coming to power of the Islamic Emirate, on August 31, 2021, the US expelled all its forces from Afghanistan after a two-week evacuation process.
