The second earthquake of 7.5 Richter scale shook southeastern Turkey today 6th February afternoon. As a result of the first earthquake on a 7.8 Richter scale in Turkey and Syria, more than 1400 people died.

The Second Earthquake of 7.5 Richter scale Shook Southeastern Turkey

At around 4:17 this morning, the first earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 on the Richter scale, whose epicenter was announced in the Turkish city of Kahramanmaras near the Syrian border, shook parts of these two countries.

The second earthquake shook southeastern Turkey at noon on Monday.

The US Geological Survey measured the magnitude of this earthquake at 7.5.

According to Turkey’s Anatolia news agency, more than 1400 deaths have been confirmed in the country as a result of the first earthquake.

The source announced that the operation of pulling out people and bodies from under the rubble is ongoing and the number of victims is increasing.

Meanwhile, Al Jazeera news channel has reported that more than 400 died in Syria as a result of this earthquake.

It should be mentioned that this earthquake destroyed several buildings in Turkey and Syria.
