Pakistan Asks the Islamic Emirate’s Cooperation to Control the Pakistani Taliban

In this report, it is stated that high-ranking Pakistani military and civilian officials held a meeting chaired by Shahbaz Sharif, the country’s prime minister, and blamed the Pakistani Tehreek-e-Taliban for the recent attack in the city of Peshawar.

The Express Tribune, quoting sources familiar with the meeting, has reported that Pakistan wants the cooperation of Hebatullah Akhundzada the leader of the Islamic Emirate to control the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.

The authorities of the Islamic Emirate have not said anything about this so far, but they had said before that no one is allowed to threaten other countries, including Pakistan, from the territory of Afghanistan.

It should be mentioned that about a week ago, a suicide bomber detonated his explosives inside a mosque in Peshawar city.

According to reports, as a result of this explosion, more than a hundred people died and more than 200 others were injured.

Although no one has claimed responsibility for this attack, Pakistani officials hold Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan responsible for it.
