This official of the International Committee of the Red Cross has said in an interview that the freezing of billions of dollars of currency reserves of the Central Bank of Afghanistan has also limited access to foreign currencies.
He added that in addition to these problems, the arrival of winter has also increased the need for humanitarian aid in Afghanistan.
