The Russian Embassy in Kabul has announced in a tweet that it has stopped providing consular services for a limited time.
The Russian Embassy requested the clients to refrain from visiting this part of the embassy until resuming consular services.
Meanwhile, four Afghan citizens and two Russian citizens were killed as a result of a suicide attack near the Russian Embassy in Kabul on Monday, the 5th of September.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for this attack.
