The directorate posted on its Twitter that the officials of the Baghlan intelligence department discovered and seized 104 kilograms of opium and 11 kilograms of heroin, which were being smuggled using 3 Corolla cars, in the Doshakh area of North Salang.
The source also added that four people have been arrested in connection with the smuggling of these drugs.
At the same time, the Directorate General of Intelligence said: “the forces of this Directorate have seized some weapons and ammunition that were kept illegally during an operation in the city of Pule Khomri; the center of Baghlan province.
The Islamic Emirate has banned the use, transfer, and sale of illegal drugs and weapons.
