KABUL (The Killid) – The Ministry of Interior on Sunday said its administration is working on preparing a list of usurped land and its usurpers in different parts of the country, base on which officials will retrieve all the lands.
Nasraf Rahimi, Spokesman for the MoI, said to The Killid while efforts ongoing against the usurpers of the lands, this ministry is working on a list that shows how much and by who the lands have been seized.
“With the completion of the list, the seized lands will be retrieved and the perpetrators will be dealt accordingly,” Rahimi said.
It comes after Afghan President Ashraf Ghani during a gathering at Presidential Palace Saturday said a million acres of public and state land have been usurped throughout the country.
According to Ghani, so far 13,000 usurpers have been recognized
