India logged 27,176 new COVID-19 cases, taking the total tally of COVID-19 cases to 33,316,755, while the active cases declined to 351,087, according to the Health Ministry data updated on Wednesday.
The number of deaths climbed to 443,497 with 284 fresh fatalities, according to the data.
The nationwide COVID-19 recovery rate was recorded at 97.62 per cent.
