KABUL (The Killid Group) – At least 18 people were killed and further 100, including women and children, were wounded in a car bomb explosion targeted PD16 headquarters in West Kabul on Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred at around 9am local time, said Nusrat Rahimi of the Interior Ministry.
