Qari Ezzatullah, the head of the 15th PD, says that this businessman, whose name is Wahabuddin, was kidnapped from a place near his home about two months ago.
According to him, in connection with this case, four people have been arrested along with some weapons and equipment.
The Islamic Emirate emphasizes that it fights seriously against criminals, especially kidnappers.
On the other hand, the security officials ask the people to cooperate with the security forces in preventing crimes.
