The European Union’s special representative for Afghanistan posted on Twitter that the humanitarian situation and the threat of terrorist groups in Afghanistan are worrying.
On the other hand, Hamid Karzai, the former president, in a meeting with ethnic elders and youths of a number of provinces, called the national discourse important for ensuring peace and stability in Afghanistan.
It should be noted that in recent months, a large number of Afghan politicians, including former government officials, have called for the launch of a national dialogue in Afghanistan.
