Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, in a ceremony marking the third anniversary of the signing of this agreement, said today Wednesday 1st of March, that an all-inclusive government has been established in the country and national security has been ensured, and the Islamic Emirate has fulfilled its commitment to not threaten the countries of the world from Afghanistan.

At the same time, referring to the fact that the names of the officials of the Islamic Emirate have not been removed from the list of sanctions and the freezing of the foreign currency reserves of the Central Bank of Afghanistan, he says that the United States has not fulfilled its obligations based on the Doha Agreement.

The Doha Agreement was signed three years ago between Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Deputy Minister of Economy of the current government, and Zalmay Khalilzad, the former representative of the US for the peace of Afghanistan in Qatar.

According to this agreement, the US and its allies withdrew all their forces from Afghanistan on August 31, 2021.
