The European Union is Concerned About the Continued Economic Problems in Afghanistan

This union has said in a statement that people are facing a humanitarian crisis after the political change in Afghanistan.

In this statement, it is stated that the price of food in Afghanistan has increased and many farmers have faced many problems due to drought.

The source added that many of the poor people have passed a very difficult year and millions of Afghans still need the help of the United Nations and the international community.

Since 2021, the European Union has contributed 86 million euros to prevent the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.

This union has emphasized that it will continue to provide aid to the people of Afghanistan through the World Food Organization (WHO).
