Abdul Basir Zabuli, the spokesman of the provincial police commander, says that at around 4:00 pm on Saturday (03 December), explosives planted on the roadside exploded, near the Daramsal area in this province.
Zabuli added that the injured are in satisfactory condition and they have returned to their homes after treatment.
No one has claimed responsibility for this explosion, but the spokesperson of the Nangarhar Police Command says that the investigation has begun.
