The office of the deputy mission of this organization in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has announced that this money has entered Afghanistan to help millions of Afghans in need.
However, UNAMA has emphasized, this money will be transferred to a commercial bank and will not be made available to current Afghan officials and the central bank.
In the latest case, on Monday (3th October), 40 million dollars from humanitarian aid from the international community entered Afghanistan and was deposited in a commercial bank.
Despite entering this money into Afghanistan, a large part of the people are still struggling with poverty and hunger.
